Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days.

Australian orders will take up to 2 - 5 business days.
International orders will take up to 1 - 3 weeks.

Actual arrival times may vary and is dependent on the postal services.

Refunds

Refunds will only be accepted after products have been delivered and shipped back to our team. Please note that while a full refund of the product cost may be issued, all international shipping costs will be at the buyer's expense.

Please contact us via the 'contact' page ASAP after receiving your order. Please note that we will only accept returns/exchanges up to 30 days after the delivered date.

Need a different size or unhappy?

Don't worry, it happens! Please contact us within 30 days after the item has arrived, and we can organize an exchange.

Terms and Conditions

We can only accept a return if the product is in its original condition. This means that the product has not been used, applied or tampered with and has the original tags attached.

Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted.
Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant cannot be accepted.

A refund will be issued within 10 business days of receiving your return. The value of the refund is equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s), excluding the shipping cost. You will receive an email upon confirmation.
